卷烟过滤嘴高精度多点实时温度测量Multi-Point Temperature Real-Time Measurement Cigarette Filter with High-Precision

摘要(Abstract):
卷烟过滤嘴的温度与主流烟气中有害成分的含量和吸烟口感密切相关,故降低过滤嘴温度和流经滤嘴的烟气意义重大。为此,采用卷烟过滤嘴的高精度多点实时温度测量方法,制做内置负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻的烟嘴,以实现在密封前提下的多点温度监测。设计一种采用交流激励的多路高速采集电路,用于实时测量温度:17个NTC热敏电阻放置在过滤嘴的不同部位,以监控温度分布;采用交流信号处理、正弦拟合、温度预测等方法提高测量系统的精度和可靠性。对燃烧型卷烟和电子烤烟型卷烟进行实时测温。实验结果表明,该方法能实时测量温度,测量分辨率达到±0.01℃,响应时间小于50 ms。
